Giving Tree

For this years Giving Tree the Board of Evangelism and Fellowship has chosen the charity ‘chains Interrupted’. chains Interrupted is a local charity that is fighting the injustice of human trafficking. Human trafficking is the third biggest criminal enterprise in the world. too many young people are caught in this life style and 98-99% never break free. In order to break the chains for human trafficking we must fight to end this injustice. This year the Giving Tree will help end modern slavery through our donations.

The Giving Tree has gone up. Donations will be accepted through December 31. It is simple to participate in the Giving Tree Project:

  • Pick an envelope from the Giving Tree table which is located just below the tree.
  • Place your donation in the envelope. (Make checks payable to Zion)
  • Place the envelope in the basket on the Giving Tree Table or you can put it in the offering plate during Church Service.
