You are invited to this year’s Children’s Christmas program on Saturday night, December 21 at 6:00 PM (takes the place of the Divine Service). This year’s children’s Christmas service is entitled “What Child is This?.” Each stanza in this well-loved hymn, addresses important people in the nativity account: Mary, angels, shepherds, Wise Men, and even us. But the main focus is on the Child sleeping on Mary’s lap. In this Christmas service, our children point to the Bible for the answer, “This is Christ the king, Whom shepherds guard and angels sing.”
